US air strikes in Afghanistan killed at least 30 civilians, including women and children

The attacks were carried out in a garment factory in Garmese district of southern Helmand province on Wednesday.

US-led military alliance NATO claims that attacks on the Taliban base are suspected. But they knew about the presence of civilians there.

Governor of Helmand, Mohammad Yassin said that NATO alliance has been called to attack the Taliban militants in Garamis. The Taliban also lost the lives of the civilians as well as the Taliban.

Local residents said that the area was controlled by the Taliban but there was no Taliban member in the area during the Western air strikes.
